2. About NewB
NewB offers thoughtfully crafted newborn and baby essentials, gift boxes, and related products. Product imagery is for illustration; handmade and hand-finished pieces may show natural variations in color, texture, or embroidery.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
- You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate name, contact, and delivery details.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login and OTP access secure.
- We may suspend accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or policy abuse.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to show accurate prices, sizes, and stock.
- Availability and pricing may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
- In rare cases of pricing or stock errors, we may cancel an order and issue a full refund where payment was collected.
5. Orders & Payment
- An order request is placed when checkout is completed.
- Payment is processed through trusted third-party payment partners. NewB does not store full card or UPI credentials.
- An order is confirmed after successful payment authorization (or other accepted payment method confirmation).
- Order confirmation and updates may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications.
6. Custom & Personalized Products
Personalized, embroidered, or made-to-order items are prepared according to the details you provide at checkout or in the gift-box builder. Please review spelling and preferences carefully. 7. Shipping & Delivery

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- Do not place orders with false information or stolen payment methods.
- Do not reproduce NewB branding, photos, or content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that order.
